A second-year student appearing in the manga's special chapter, Junya Inui, claims to be a vampire and is well-versed in the species' rules. He takes an interest in Moka and reminds her that vampires are forbidden from having relationships with other races. Tsukune, after taking a punch from him, deduces that Inui isn't a real vampire, noting his lack of strength and pride. Indeed, he is actually an onimodoki, creatures known for pretending to be powerful monsters to intimidate others while being weak and frail in reality. However, Inui was unaware that the vampire laws concerning love were no longer observed. Additionally, similar to Gin, he had approached many girls, but with more sinister intentions.
