haruta

Haruta is the commander of the 12th division of the Whitebeard Pirates, with his name revealed in the SBS of Volume 58.

He is a male pirate dressed in a 16th-century style outfit. His shirt sleeves are snug around the biceps but flare out on the forearms, creating an illusion of disproportionately large forearms, akin to Franky. However, the sleeves are shown in various positions, indicating that this effect is due to loose fabric rather than 'Popeye arms'.

Haruta carries a sabre, and its handguard is designed to resemble the shoulder straps of his outfit.
