Guillotine is a Marine Vice Admiral and one of the nine who participated in the Egghead Incident.
He is a tall individual with dark hair, featuring a white stripe on the right side. His long dark beard, also adorned with a white line on the right, curls at the end and reaches down to his abdomen. He wears sunglasses and has a crescent-shaped blade positioned on top of his head.
His attire consists of a light-colored double-breasted suit with rolled-up sleeves, worn over a dark suit and tie. As a high-ranking officer, he dons a Justice coat draped over his shoulders.
