The former East Army commander of the Revolutionary Army, she joined the group with Bartholomew Kuma when they were known as the Freedom Fighters. She was the mother of Jewelry Bonney.
Previously a slave, she was forced to participate in the Native Hunting Competition on God Valley 38 years ago. Alongside Emporio Ivankov, she orchestrated the God Valley Incident as a means to escape the competition.
Captured by the World Government, she became the eighth wife to a World Noble. She was also one of Jaygarcia Saturn's test subjects and contracted the Sapphire Scales disease following a failed experiment. After being freed from slavery, Ginny used her remaining time to return to the Sorbet Kingdom with her child, where she passed away.
Following her death, she was succeeded by Belo Betty.
