One of the Four Celestial Kings, Fung Lung is Hak Lung's right-hand man. He attends the same school as Hak Lung and Kurumi, staying mostly silent and never smiling. He detests unintelligent people and only follows Hak Lung's orders. Since childhood, he has been recognized as a genius, making him the mastermind behind the Dragon King Organization. His loyalty to Hak Lung is profound, bordering on idolization.
In Cantonese, his name means "wind dragon." He made a brief appearance in Mayu Shinjou's other work, "Love Celeb," assisting Hak Lung in kidnapping Kirara.
Fung Lung actually despises Kurumi, believing that her presence has negatively influenced Hak Lung's personality. Eventually, Hak Lung gives Kurumi to Fung Lung to be his mistress, an offer he gratefully accepts out of respect for Hak Lung.
At one point, Fung Lung attempts to kill Kurumi but stops when she reveals her daily suffering from unrequited love. After this, he shows her some kindness, not out of genuine affection but to understand what Hak Lung cherishes most—his feelings for Kurumi.
When Hak Lung betrays the Dragon Lord Organization to be with Kurumi, Fung Lung takes over as leader. Upon Hak Lung's return, he steps down but resumes leadership after Hak Lung's death.
