Vice-Admiral Dalmatian is one of the many Marine Vice Admirals who participated in the Battle of Marineford. When his Devil Fruit powers are active, Dalmatian transforms into a muscular, bipedal hybrid of a dalmatian and a human. The upper part of his head from the nose up, along with his arms and legs, resemble those of a dalmatian: a white dog with black spots covering the body. He also has a long tail. However, the lower half of his face remains human, featuring a blond-white beard on a broad chin. His torso and neck also appear to stay human. He has not been seen in his default human or full dalmatian forms. Like other high-ranking officers, he wears a double-breasted suit, dress shirt, and tie, with a Marine jacket draped loosely over his shoulders like a cape. His suit is dark green, and he wears a light red shirt underneath, paired with a darker red tie. Dalmatian has consumed a Zoan-class Devil Fruit that allows him to transform into a dalmatian. This ability significantly enhances his fighting prowess and physical strength. Combined with his Rokushiki techniques, it greatly favors his status as a martial artist. His transformation into a human-dalmatian hybrid differs from other Zoan users, as parts of his body (the lower half of his face, his neck, and torso) remain human while the rest becomes the animal.
