Curiel is the 10th division commander of the Whitebeard Pirates. He is a large and robust man who wears glasses, a bucket hat, and ear protectors that look like modern headphones. A distinctive feature is the Whitebeard jolly roger tattoo on his chin. His attire includes a vest and army pants with spots.
Like all division commanders of the Whitebeard Pirates, Curiel shows immense loyalty to Whitebeard. During his battle against Moria, he expressed his determination not to let his captain or his fellow crewmate, Ace, meet their deaths.
