Cirucci Thunderwitch dresses in a gothic lolita style, reminiscent of Japanese fashion. Her outfit includes a frilly dress, large puffy sleeves that end at her shoulders, short purple hair, teardrop markings on each cheek, and knee-high boots. She has wings on her back, though it's unclear if they are part of her outfit or something else. The remnants of her hollow mask are positioned in her hair above her left forehead and resemble a spiked hairpin. Despite her unusual appearance, she is not shy about pointing out similar habits in others, as she does with Uryū Ishida. She also gets quite irritated if an enemy interrupts her while she is speaking.
Cirucci's zanpakutō is named Golondrina (車輪鉄燕(ゴロンドリーナ), Gorondorīna?), which means "swallow" in Spanish and "car-wheel iron swallow" in Japanese. It is released with the command "rip off" (掻っ切れ, kakkire?). In its unreleased state, it appears as a whip with a chakram looped into it, capable of deflecting incoming projectiles in addition to functioning as a standard whip. When released, Cirucci sprouts large wings with ten moon-shaped blades replacing feathers. These blades can be removed and fired through the air or summoned back at will. Her wings and feathers vibrate at high speeds, enhancing her attack and defense capabilities. Her arms elongate, and she gains sharp claws on each hand, along with a long, thick tail. Armor resembling the spinning disk of her zanpakutō appears on her shoulders. Her mask grows into 'feathers' that flow from her forehead down her back and extend from her waist on both sides. While using her release consumes her spiritual powers rapidly, she can mitigate this by removing her wings and claws, instead using the tip of her elongated mask to collect spiritual energy and fight with an energy blade at the tip of her tail. This transformation is permanent, akin to amputating limbs.
