Victoria Cindry, known in Japanese as Bikutoria Shindorī, serves as Dr. Hogback's servant. She harbors an intense dislike for plates, going so far as to serve meals directly on the table and often wishing for all the world's plates to disappear. According to Hogback, her past is tragic; her master once proposed a test of his love for her by asking her to break ten valuable plates. When she did, he rejected her, leading to her habit of throwing plates. Her zombie number is 400.
However, it is later revealed that this history is fabricated. Dr. Hogback discloses the true story: ten years ago, he proposed to Cindry, but she turned him down because she was already engaged. She tragically died in an accident after falling from a stage. Devastated by her death, Dr. Hogback made a deal with Gecko Moria to bring her back to life in exchange for working for him.
