She ran an orphanage called "Sheep's House," where she was known as the "Holy Mother" due to her seemingly kind demeanor. In truth, she sold the orphans in her care to the World Government every two years to be trained as Marines or Cipher Pol agents. This sinister operation continued until her death 63 years ago. Notably, she once cared for a young Charlotte Linlin, who would later become the Yonko known as Big Mom.
