Blueno opened his own bar about five years ago in the backstreets of Water Seven, naming it simply "Blueno's Bar." Located in a rough part of town where vagrants and troublemakers gathered, he appeared content. However, this was not the case; Blueno was secretly a government agent tasked with stealing plans for an Ancient Weapon.
It was here that Blueno encountered Franky, the alleged hidden king of Water Seven, and they developed a sort of friendship. In reality, this friendship was not genuine, but it had significant consequences later on.
Blueno consumed the Doa Doa no Mi (Door Door Fruit), which grants him the ability to create doors on any surface. He has even created "air doors," openings in the air leading to what seems like another dimension. Blueno can also create doors on people, as he did to Luffy’s face, causing it to spin like a revolving door.
Blueno’s Tekkai appears to be one of the more powerful techniques among his group, and he was the first to reveal variations of the move.
