He is the toughest member among Hao's followers but not the strongest. With a large and imposing appearance, he is a former football player shaman who attacks the X-Laws but is thwarted by their Archangels. Yoh prevents the X-Laws from finishing him off, and in return, he guides them to Patch Village. Later, he reappears intending to destroy the Icemen team after their defeat against Yoh's group, but Horohoro intervenes. Horohoro’s father also arrives on the scene, and Bill attempts to kill him but is repelled by Horohoro’s spirit ally. Subsequently, he is about to deliver a finishing blow to Horohoro but is stopped again by Lyserg Diethel’s Archangel. He is killed by Peyote but is later revived along with the rest of Hao's followers.
