Bazz-B is a Quincy and a member of the Vandenreich's elite group, the Stern Ritter, with the designation "H"—The Heat.
Following Yhwach's orders, he and the other Stern Ritter gather at the Gate of the Sun before heading to Seireitei to take part in the conquest of Soul Society.
Upon arrival, Bazz-B and his fellow Stern Ritter generate pillars of blue flames before engaging in battle with the Shinigami. This allows members of the 3rd Division to surround his position. As he emerges, Bazz-B ambushes Lieutenant Izuru Kira from a distance, severely damaging his right torso and prompting three seated officers to release their Shikai.
In quick succession, Bazz-B dispatches Taketsuna Gori and Asuka Katakura, and then effortlessly eliminates Riku Togakushi as well.
