Bambietta Basterbine is a Quincy and a member of the Vandenreich's Stern Ritter, holding the designation "E."
In the Thousand-Year Blood War arc, following the orders of the Vandenreich Leader, she and the other Stern Ritter assemble at the Sun Gate before heading to Seireitei to participate in the conquest of Soul Society.
Upon arrival, she and her fellow Stern Ritter create pillars of blue flames before engaging the Shinigami in battle. Bambietta gleefully slaughters several Shinigami but is halted by Captain Sajin Komamura, who comments on the presence of a young girl among the enemy forces. She retorts that if even a dog can become a captain, Soul Society must be desperately short of soldiers.
Her title is "The Explode." She has the ability to turn any object she touches with her reishi into a bomb.
