Alpha is a member of the CP8 division within Cipher Pol. She is the younger sister of CP0 agent Kalifa and the youngest daughter of Laskey.

Under the guise of a nurse, she was tasked with overseeing and secretly holding young Jewelry Bonney hostage after a deal was struck between Bartholomew Kuma and the World Government. The agreement involved creating Pacifistas in exchange for life-saving treatment to cure Bonney's Sapphire Scales condition.

She has a slim, curvaceous figure with long, light-colored hair and wears glasses and lipstick. Her attire consists of a typical nurse outfit paired with high stockings. Overall, her appearance closely resembles that of her sister, Kalifa.
