Now this is something and it got my interest

Warning: Because I rate books on whether there are any FLAWS, this book gets a full 5 stars.  I've only read 13 chapters so far and while there is little plot so far, I find the grammar and writing fluent high in quality.  There's a dash of humor although I'm not going to be bold enough to say that it is a comedy.  One issue is that there is an info dump a few chapters in.  Several times as a matter of fact, about the magic of the world and family history and a few more.  Other than that, a good story so far.

It's definitely a more laid back story as the description says, with fun character interaction and a mildly interesting plot as the description promises. Whether the story stays casual or not, I think it'll be an interesting read regardless.

"BioCores" offers a fresh take on post-apocalyptic sci-fi, but what really grabbed me was the focus on weapon design.  Nioh's passion is infectious, and the descriptions of his creations are vivid and technically interesting.  If you appreciate detailed world-building and a deep dive into the creative process, this one's worth a look

I really enjoyed the first few chapters of this book! The storyline is intriguing, and the characters have already pulled me in. I can’t wait to see how everything unfolds, but I’ll hold off for now and wait for more chapters to stack up, this is definitely a story I want to binge-read!

Engaging but could improve in flow and clarity, Intriguing premise with good progression, MC has depth, but side characters need more development, ,Solid world-building with a unique twist on hero tropes
