Hello!I’m not truly the type to make reviews, but if you’re wondering whether to read this or not... then give it a try. I’ve only read the first arc so this might not seem much. However, I find the story thus far interesting and enjoyable. The characters feel refreshing. Perhaps it is the way the novel is written. I find the read to be smooth. There were parts I chuckled, and parts that I find to be logical. Logic in a stereotypical filled trouped genre is a blessed thing. However, this isn’t a ground breaking novel. There are still the expected scenarios and troupes. Which isn’t necessarily all too logical... but there is still a semblance of so within the boundaries of its genre. This isn’t too serious of a read. As the summary suggests, it’s a system type novel with a seme MC. In the first arc, I wasn’t expecting it to be an ABO setting. Even so, it’s not the gender angst I had expected. ABO isn’t usually my type, but the author rarely focused on the setting other than it being small plot points. Other than that, it’s just normal people that happen to have ABO genders. Additionally, ML has a bite to his character that I like.Anywho, there is mirth in the novel. I’m not literately equipped to form a novel analysis. Overall, I see potential. Main characters are reasonable and contain human flaws. The novel isn’t strict. It’s an enjoyable read with good translations.Spoiler
One thing that I find curious though is the lack of background. MC was a young and exceptional individual that somehow died young. Somehow, he traveled back in time with a system... only to realize that he was part of a novel? And that’s it... we just kinda jump into the story like that. Then, we restart for the next arc to continue another story. How did the system came to be? Don’t know. I guess we’ll figure it out later.
