Elizabeth gifts polia's grand dress and polia uses this and asks her maid to bring her needle. Polia goes to the duke and shows how lovely the dress looks and Elisabeth gave this as gift and suddenly groans and falls down and a needle falls down. Polia plays victim but cabezo caught on it cuz the needle had the duke emblem engraved ( Elisabeth couldn't have taken the needle from them and used it). And feels that polia must have done the same thing with Emily too and regrets. The maid repaid the favour to Elisabeth for healing her forehead (after the maid was hit by polia). It was Elisabeth's trap for polia as Elsbeth expected thissthis. Polia is doingtdoing same tricks she used at Emily.
there is an incident around chapter 50. Polia and Elizabeth meet the emperor at the same time. It was supposed to be Elizabeth only. But polia doesn't like it and rudely joins stating that she is the only princess in the empire. The emperor feels that Elizabeth has the dignity and calmness while has no positive feelings towards polia as she keeps acting rudely and even interrupts the emperor because he was giving his attention only to Elizabeth. Elizabeth has a good conversation with the emperor and polia doesn't like it. so she plans to ruin Elizabeth's reputation and asks the emperor to let her visit the training grounds of the imperial knights since he promised it last time ( he was just politely appeasing her at last time).The imperial knight's training can be revealed only to higher authorities and very important people. And the knights were also tired from their patrol. But because of polia they have to work more. The emperor sighed thinking this . Polia asks Elizabeth to join her but Elizabeth refuses polia saying that the knights must Be tired from the patrol. Polio hates Elizabeth because Elizabeth is just pretending to be good in front of the emperor. polia convinces the emperor and takes Elizabeth to the grounds.
polia takes a sword from the weaponry and starts wildly swinging around. Elizabeth can guess what polia is planning. Because she did the same when she was Emily. Polio starts swinging the sword wildly and Elizabeth took the sword from polia's hand. Polio fell on the ground and acted pitifully. All the knights thought Emily was trying to kill polia after she killed polia's mother and hated her. Elizabeth turns the situation to her favour because when polia was going to give the Elizabeth snatched her hand from the sword, and fell on the ground but cuts herself from the sword. All knights come in and see polia with a sword and Elisabeth on the ground with her hand bleeding. The knights help Elizabeth and tell polio how could she do that. Polio shuts them up saying that she is the only princess and they should stop talking irrespectfully to her. Because the situation is reversed.
Dylan comes in and is furious to find elizabeth-is hand bleeding. Elisabeth says its as accident but the knights say what they saw. Elizabeth insists that it is only an accident and at that time polia after seeing Dylan rushes to him saying that whatever Elisabeth is saying is a lie. polia says that Dylan should believe her rather than Elisabeth because she is a princess. (she has a crush on Dylan - that is one reason to hate Elisabeth because Dylan only smiles when he talks about Elisabeth ) Dylan said that Elizabeth told him that it was an accident so asked polia did she do it on purpose.
Polia's Knight is angry. He is a glory Knight awarded by the emperor. Polia gives him a signal to reprimand Elizabeth but the Knight takes it as a sign and infuriates Dylan too. Polia doesn't want to make Dylan hate her. But Dylan asks for a duel to the Knight.
The result is obvious and Dylan wins and hurts the glory Knight. Things get big Because Dylan hurt a GLORY KNIGHT and it reaches the emperor. Duke cabezo didn't let a change to by and petitions to the emperor and Dylan is called to the palace. The victoire family hide it cuz Elizabeth will feel guilty.
Once the meeting starts the Knight give his testimony completely biased favourable to him. But once the emperor heard the testimony and witness from Dylan and the Imperial Knights it turns against duke cabezo.
The emperor is angry as the duke is using his power for such things but can't say anything. And when he tried to dismiss it, the glory Knight uses his wish ( the glory Knight is given 1 wish to granted by the emperor) to detain Dylan in the duke cabezo's dungeon for 50 days. And Dylan returns home tired.
But Elizabeth finds that something is wrong when victoire and Damon treat Dylan too carefully and asks for a meeting with the emperor as her family won't tell her. She makes a deal with the emperor to reduce the power of the duke cuz he always considers himself equal to the Imperial family. The emperor thought she would cry and ask for help. But she calmly said she will accept the punishment instead of Dylan. To make the duke a bad person in public view, she became the scapegoat. The emperor agrees and Elizabeth sets off to the duke's mansion.
The duke is sometimes regretting about letting Emily die. And reminisced about her and compares her with polia how she was nice and has a good view on Elizabeth cuz she resembles his daughter (previously when polia pushes Elizabeth down the stairs the duke was the one who catched get and put her in the bed in the first mansion and asks her to stay a bit longer as she resembles his daughter. Bit Dylan comes and takes her away safely. He even sent get gifts for her. But she see sent it back. Polia knows this and hates Elizabeth even more.)
so when she asked to be rendered in the dungeon he instead asked her to come to the mansion for a few hours everyday for 50 days for etiquette training from himself. She hesitantly agrees.
Polia is elated as she thought how she can put Dylan in the dungeon and starve him and then get close to him by giving him food (she's scary guys!!!!!) and make him hers. But she gets angry for a second when she hears that Elisabeth will replace him but realise that she can bother Elizabeth a lot in the dungeon and make Dylan come to her. But Elisabeth tells her she's just coming for etiquette training. Polia is furious and sits shouts at Elizabeth and is reprimanded by the duke in front of Elisabeth.
Elizabeth goes home and they're debated by her choice. She finally decided to get revenge and was sacred that they will hate her. But Dylan completely supported her. But warned her to be safe and careful. And she also tells them that she knew about their revenge. Victoire is shocked but Elisabeth didn't tell him that she knew she was a sacrifice.
Elisabeth gets closer to the duke and accesses the accounting files and she knew in her previous life that there was a lot of loopholes in the ledger ain't the duke to teach her. And innocently tells him that there is a mistake in the ledger and also recommends a accountant ( the butler Chris was the one maintaing the ledger and helping polia to steal money from the duke).
The accountant and Elisabeth "ACCIDENTALLY" find a double ledger while polia was trying to trying to do accounting of the household(she didn't like Elisabeth doing things and receiving trust from her father) and polia gets caught how she has been stealing for the more than 10 years from the duke , how polia charged all the luxury goods she bought under the name of Emily and recently the luxury items had decreased but the about of useless equipment had increased. The butler is put in the dungeon and polia is locked in the room. The duke thanks Elizabeth and she goes home late. She always tells them whatever happens in the mansion after she comes back. The accuracy is their person and they really together.
While victoire tells hey that she should be careful Elsbeth says that she is doing this for their revenge too. And she knows that she is a sacrifice. Victoire is trembling and asks how does she not hate him and how and when stuff she know that. And she tells that Dylan and baronness terran ( victoire's duster and Elisabeth's teacher) told her. And she doesn't hate them because they really loved her. There's no way she could hate them.
