I know that ML is despicable and all but tbh I think Tianbao is even more so. White-lotus, pretentious bitch is one thing, but I hate the idea that MC becomes a heart surgeon just to save him. It's like the whole rebirth thing is just to save that guy.
He's already a famous, accomplish doctor, no? He can just take the sister and run away, he could support them both. Is there a need to save the brother? No.
The sister returns to their father because of the secretary? Sure. Then leave it at that. No need to save the brother at all.
I see no mention about Tianbao being saved in the end. Please tell me he died.

I jumped straight to the last few chapters.
Tianbao found the document about matching donor in his father's study. He showed the document to MC n MC's sister. MC already knew about this, but sister didn't. She was shocked and urged MC to ran away. MC was glad for this opportunity. He had prepared for this day from long time ago. He persuaded his sister to go with him.
ML was in meeting. So, MC n sister drove straight to airport. They boarded private plane to go to Jordan. Sister was amazed that MC had arranged everything.
Back to ML, Tianbao went to see him. Tianbao told him that he found the document. ML freeze. Tianbao then said he showed it to MC n sister. ML ran to MC's office. In his rush, he pushed Tianbao away. Tianbao fell and hit his head, causing it to bleed. Ml found that MC's office was empty.
Tianbao was confused. Didn't ML arrange it so he could have MC's heart? Enraged ML shouted at him. 'You want his heart? You can go to hell!'
ML ordered people to search for MC. He knew that he could only have MC back if the sister was also back. The adopted sister was originally betrothed to Tianbao. Ml was hoping that if they got married, the child would become the heir. Ml wanted MC to inherit the company but MC didn't want to so he chose that way. Sister was vice president in the company.
But she was in secret relation with ML's secretary n got pregnant. ML called the secretary guy and told him that he will cancel the engangement if he find MC n the sister. He would also give them his blessing.
The secretary called the sister. They talked. Later, sister told MC to watch TV. All channel broadcasted news about sister marriage to the secretary. The secretary also told him about the donor misunderstanding. So, they boarded plane and returned home.

After MC got hurt bc ML pushed him away (ML thought MC hurt Tianbao), and ML finally know that it was all Tianbao plan so ML will hate MC, ML much more side w/ MC after that and kinda dropped the plan about using MC as heart donor, MC's health report (match report w/ Tianbao) was sealed in sth like safety box, ML told uncle to look for heart donor more bc he doesn't want to use MC, also ML believe that MC's medical research might get result to save Tianbao. ML feels guilty and show more love for MC bc he felt he's such a jerk bc left MC to his mom. Most of ML POV was about his possessiveness toward MC, and how he wants to get close w/ MC.
Once Tianbao know that MC actually his heart donor (they're around 20 y.o when this happened), he rushed to ML office and said to MC that MC only his heart donor blablabla, after that Tianbao went to ML and said how Tianbao felt guilty bc he thought ML hate him, while in fact ML only act good to MC bc ML wanted to deceive MC before take his heart for Tianbao. ML surprised bc he didn't think Tianbao would find about MC supposed to be his heart donor, ML panic when Tianbao told ML that he has told MC about it, ML actually has no plan to make MC as Tianbao heart donor anymore. ML rushed to find MC bc he's afraid MC will leave him. iirc MC also took his sister and fled somewhere

After many alteractions, Mc's breaking point was when the brother arranged for mC to be kidnapped. After that incident, MC didn't care anymore. They had reached the point of no return. What happened to Tianbao wasn't his business. He had no intention to save Tianbao now.
ML supported MC's decision. He even arranged for tianbao to be sent to England so MC didn't have to see Tianbao again. But MC refused n chose to go to the States to learn medicine. Ml agreed.
Skip forward five years. MC was a famous surgeon now. He returned home. ML was really happy. His desk at the office was full with candid pictures of MC since he ordered to have MC shadowed. He also collected paper clipping/news of MC. His assistant knew that mC was the apple of Ml's eyes. The child he favoured the most. As for ML and Tianbao's, ML treated him coldly ever since. Aside of business, they almost never talked.
