I got curious... so I read it back then, just few last chapters i hate ML too much when i read the first chapter that talked about how much MC was hurt by ML. Scumbag father
ML will get disable. He got into accident from saving MC (if I remember correctly) and his leg become paralyze. MC is pretty cold or indifferent toward ML. ML know but desperate for MC anyway. (He would do anything for MC).
MC relented and accepted ML at the last chapter.
I would recommended you xu from the same author. Adorable MC and I actually cried at the first arc I was actually surprised it haven't got spoiler thread yet

I'm not sure about the end, I stopped to read some smut or something.
Later, a high profile person wanted MC to perform an open heart operation on him seeing MC being a promising talent. MC also identified his sickness from observation on his nails and other stuff.
MC empathised with him when he said he didn't want to reap from others misfortune (heart transplant). Uncle rejected the idea(high profile person, MC 15, no medical licence, it would leave a stain on him). ML believed in MC and consented as the guardian(also made sure that MC had no liability if something did go wrong).
MC was given one month or so to put his theory to practice. ML built a lab/operation for him and rabbits as guinea pigs. Brother was happy since he didn't have to see MC at school or at the dinner table. (ML would ride with them to school but when MC said he didn't want to sit in the same car as brother, ML kicked brother out to ride in another car).
MC would have worked more often but ML gave him a curfew and threatened him he would turn off the power if MC didn't eat. When the deadline was nearing, MC still failed and he had a panic attack. If he couldn't help this guy, then he couldn't save his brother, then they would did his heart out. After decades of being a ghost, practicing medicine and rebirth for what?
MC was in a daze when he started to cut his heart out. ML arrived in time to stop him, but MC still wouldn't snap out of it. He put MC under a cold shower to wake him up.
Next morning, ML told MC to go on a jog with him for a change of pace and also taught him taichi. MC recalled in his past life how he wanted to join with his father in these activities. As ML explained something about being on with the environment and synchronising his breath, MC reached an epiphany and hurried back to his lab.
MC practiced on bunnies, and went with smaller ones later (smaller, faster heart rate). Later showed a recording of it to the doctors as demonstration and then he started to work on the surgery on the person.
Person is grateful, invites MC out, ML eats vinegar.
Edit: I stopped around here since it was slow paced (although I'm 2/3 done) and in the mood for smut. FOTD spin off sex scene was just at the right time, it came around the same length as when I stopped on this.

It seems this one is before Fotd, and honestly the author writing style a bit different and much more mature at Fotd, so
Why ML changed this life time ? MC also confused, but mostly it's bc MC is unlike the previous life, in previous life he's already sold to a pedo by his mom, didn't have a chance to study bc mom like to abuse MC and prefer to sell him, doesn't have manner, and even when he's trying so hard to get recognized by ML it failed, everyone didn't like him too, probably bc they think MC 'dirty'. But now, bc MC has the power to control others (he can command his mom to do sth), so the mom couldn't do anything to MC, and bc MC has knowledge related to heart surgical (to the point of genius) etc etc plus he looks beautiful (unlike his previous life where he's malnutrition or sth), so
