Be fore we judge the red hair guy first we should know whats the real reason why he needs the knights daughter and that is because he wanted to be killed he is a red dragon that was guven a second life but the more year past his pain and ilness were succombing to him thats why he needs her to kill him immediately .
And the background why he died was because a man he called freind when he was a red drag OK n betrayed h I'll m saying that he need his scales horns etc and he give it to him because that human were his only friend but when days past he see that the man he called freinds was selling his scales and the other dragons part too and thats why he was killed in a war when he tried to attack the humans and thats how he became a human and killed that guy then became the king
So guys its not his fault he eas wronged too but i agree on not to kill the parents but we could see that drag OK ns dont know how to act as human or how t I'll explain thier emotion lets look at mir she was easily fooled by the guy that is blonde and the black haired women they were using her to kill the red head i hope this finished early so that we could see the ending
I think their godess planned all of it so that the red dragon (emperor) and the white dragon(mir) could learn how t OK fall in love and and learn that all human are not that trust worthy and you need to trust the one who cared for you not on pretend but deep in the heart

We all got different sense of morality, so our level of tolerance will be different.
This has nothing to do with shiping and I actually don't see a lot of people focusing on romance in this thread.
Yes, I don't want him as ML because I find him unredeemable as ML. If he is simply a character used as plot device, then fine. But it would make no sense if the author tries to develop romantic relationship between the 2 later on. He literally put her through 7 years of mental anguish and hatred for him, it's kinda hard to flip that around.
I don't pity him because he didn't only kill Mir's parents but many innocent people. Civilians, noble families, his 5 Queen consorts.
Yes, he was betrayed. But he was the one going on a rampage, killing innocents and hurting God's favourite child, causing him to be cursed.
Him not being able to die despite being in pain and covered in injuries is his retribution for thinking that it was okay to make hundreds of people be responsible for 1 person's action. Even after becoming human, he continues killing.
So no, I personally don't sympathise with him.
And no, I don't think it's okay for him and his empress to manipulate Mir for their own gain.
Also, seeing what those two are willing to do and sacrifice to get what they want, I don't think they would make good rulers either. I can see them valuing their personal gains more than public's interests.
But you've got your opinion and I've got mine. Just don't assume that we all got shipping goggles on just because we dislike a character.

I MTL the 2nd half of ch 18.
It's the night before the wedding between Mir and the Emperor. Emperor met with the empress, he asks her if there is anything she would like before he dies, be it power or fame, he'll give her everything. If she wants to rule as emperor, he'll make it possible for her.
Empress asks if his wish is still to die.
He confirms it.
Then the panel cuts to Mir, saying that her only wish is Emperor's death while grabbing the short sword given to her by the pink hair lady in the previous chapters.
Seems like Mir is planning to kill him on their wedding day, and both the emperor and empress are expecting it.
I knew that empress wasn't trust worthy. She begged Mir to kill emperor a long time ago when Mir was a child because that's the Emperor's wish.
Mir is just a tool for both of them at this point.
What I don't get is why did he marry 5 consorts just to end up killing them. He was already married to empress and being known as a cruel and Tyrant emperor, it didn't seem like he could be pressured into marrying them.
Also, I still want to know the story behind empress. She's cordial to Mir but also scheming with the emperor to manipulate Mir into doing what they want.

I can see that being true. I think it was confirmed that he is a red dragon, and he hates humans for killing dragons (including the knight who White Dragon was friendly with).
But yeah, he is a.... not very appealing person at the moment, and I can't really think of a scenario where my impression of him would change. Also, I want her to get her revenge....

Ughh I really don't know who she'll end up with and it's so frustrating!!
It'll be super disappointing if she ends up with the red head but according to cliche plot line the most powerful/"strong" male character is the male lead and from the raws we can see that the dude already has some feelings for her!! Which makes no fkn sense cuz he's a killer psychopath but for some special reason learns how to bake sweets for her??? What's up with the inconsistent character design?? (Even if there was a big time skip, based on the mood of the manhwa and how grave his 'crime' ie killing her parents is, baking is a biiiiiiiit over the top for character development. I wouldn't have complained if it was the tyrant father from youngest princess cuz then it'd have suit the tone of the manhwa; but with this one? Nuh uh)
As for blonde chef dude. Well, he got me with the food so I'm all aboard this ship . All the best my guy! Hoping you're some super big shot, most likely magically powerful and just super bored that you're willing to become a chef for a tyrant
That cover really has me worried tho... usually covers gives us hints and this one has the red pycho being really close to mc so... ughh
Overall, this story is a bit different from other reborn ones (she was a FKN DRAGON and a pure hearted one at that) so hopefully it doesn't go down the cliche route and makes the red psycho the ml (unless of course real powerful guy is chef dude then by all means~~)

Who is the ml?
Will that goddess be a significant player in this story? There was already mentions of a 'prophecy' so if this is another game by some 'god' peace out y'all!

I have a theory that redheaded psychopath is somehow a reborn dragon just like MC?
Maybe he used to like MC, but got slayed and became human. Then he thought he could be with her if she becomes human like himself.
I found it odd how he said that he's been waiting for the Knight's daughter to awaken from her illness to become his queen.
Maybe he knew that the dragon's soul would go inside that child's body just like how his soul went into the Emperor's body??
Maybe he used to like MC, but got slayed and became human. Then he thought he could be with her if she becomes human like himself.
