CHAPTER 82
(Protag shou finally appears, but gets a really brief appearance)
The film of Director Zheng is a commercial one with literary feel to it. There are three main characters and SQS is auditioning for the second male lead Luo Yi, his character is not much in the story, but is quite crucial to entire case and the feelings of the first male lead, since he is an apprentice to him in their police office.
Jianming tried to ask for the script, but words from Director Zheng implied that they'll do on-sight audition.
SQS didn't care much, since he always had good mentality about his work, it won't be a big loss if he flops it, after all he has popularity on the rise and if not this movie, then next one can come along. That's why he relaxedly washed and slept and appeared in front of Director Zheng full of life, he was too lazy to dress up so he appeared in a sweater, jeans and sneakers, which made him look like a student, but also coincided with the character of Luo Yi, pure and righteous person. Director Zheng was surprised by SQS, although he auditioned several similar people prior to SQS and didn't expect much, but SQS's feeling was just right, the one that will make you feel what a pity that such a person's life was frozen at the age of 23 (Luo Yi dies in the script which moves the emotional line and also influenced plotline).

The signing of the contract was completed later the following days. Although some people were happy, but some weren't that glad by the fact and that is Han Cheng. Since SQS took the play he had to speed up his campus novel completion, he planned to finish during spring festival, but miscalculated. Thus he rushed to complete his novel when he had time. His fans were sad that story comes to an end. HC wrote under his vest if SQS plans to open a 3rd novel with Su Qing and Cheng Han, but SQS considering his busy schedule said he'd think about it, but was surprised to see how this person liked the two. HC expressed his understanding for which SQS thanked him for.
In this way his TV show was announced at the end of March and SQS rushed to promote it with the crew. His popularity boomed in this period, which made his whole crew happy, except two people, Su Luo and Sun Xuan of course. But SQS didn't bother about those two.
Anyway BXG was happy and surprised that SQS became red and ecouraged him, SQS found him cute that an underage guy encourages him to keep working hard, but he returned the same, they shared news on their upcoming movie filming and went to the stage. The audience was ecstatic, the host tried to ask some semi-provocative questions about SQS's popularity and debates if he brought it to filming, but BXG answered with good humor, especially that he enjoys how SQS talks and SQS refused the stand-up session since he only talked lately, he better not do it now, which made audience laugh.
Fans who saw this were posting that they had good relationship, which made HC shake his head, this was the reason he didn't want SQS to be popular, now he can be put together with anyone, while he was his only designated official match.
SQS leaned on HC while they wree sitting in front of TV, he finished posting/browsing on Weibo and concentrated on watching TV, while giving HC an orange to peel. SQS said he feels he has no time for rest, running around recording and promoting. Although HC wanted SQS to accompany him more before entering the filming set, this idea was hopeless. As soon as he peeled the orange SQS opened his mouth with an 'ah~'. Being a little bit speechless he still split orange in two and fed one part to SQS saying that he serves him like a young master. Where will be the second one like him, SQS called him the best in the world and the only one. The show soon started so both watched it, HC admitted that director really had a style, each picture was like painting. HC complimented that SQS looked good on camera. SQS fell on HC and watched the show. In the show the first two episodes were close to the book which made book fans happy and just passer-bys since the show looked pretty, in which the character of SL and BXG were in confrontation due to their different viewpoints. Only in episode 3 and further SQS's character as one of SL's childhood friend appeared. Rating grew every day and people were leaving positive comments, if the show doesn't collapse then this drama will blow,many were happy for an eye candy, only people who liked the third male lead cried in comments that SX's character was like a greasy person, but others said it is impossible to get all cast as pretty as possible, it was already good as it is. SQS read these comments since it was his first show ever here and he really wanted his first show to be good and liked.
HC who had a tea with client who doesn't drink, had a nice evening of simple tea drinking before parting ways, He drove home thinking that the show finally aired and SQS would happily roll if he saw praises and would puff his cheeks when he saw something negative, which made him think that SQS was really cute and it made him want to hug and kiss him. When he thought of it he speeded up thinking that it wasn't late to do some things a driver should do. But at the red light he was looking outside the window seeing three figures, one was a thin man who struggled out of the grip of two, after struggling and not getting away they could only stagger after the two, HC could only faintly see resisting of the third party. Tapping on the steering wheel HC turned the corner and followed along the sidewalk.
