It's not that he doesn't level. He gets involved in a very long quest which does not allow him to level and actually requires him to use life on sculptures which lowers his level. Just to clarify the quest that he gets involved in gives him a clean slate and he starts at basically level one. However powerful he is by the end of the quest is how strong he is for the rest of the quest chain. This takes up a significant amount of time so his actual level does not rise very much

Bard Ray is about level 530.

Weeds little sister and her boyfriend are stable. She has him wrapped around her finger and weed is thinking about how much Dowry that little rich boy can give. 

She becomes a noble in the Hermes guilt and takes over the Kallamore kingdom. We don't learn much about it except for the fact that she is a very good ruler and takes care of her territory. She still a part of the Hermes core Council.

He doesn't find out about her past. We aren't even that clear on what her trauma is. She, however, does do research on him and finds out everything but still loves him. They don't really care about each other's past.

Yes they do find out eventually. It does not really affect his real life except that he becomes insanely popular at his university.

As of the most recent volume 47, they have only kissed so far but he is making a statue depicting her holding their future baby daughter. Well it's not really a statue but I don't want to spoil too much for you.
