Thanks for the spoilers. Frankly, I don't really mind which of the two is the ML but I just wanna add my two cents. Ofc I just want MC to end up with a guy who actually appreciates her.
With Will
Pros: Childhood Friend and guy who according to @lazynoodles spoilers overworked himself looking for evidence even setting up some/a little of his time for MCs sake (forgot the specific part of this spoiler)
Cons: His inability to perform much action (while understandable) because he lacks the support and needs to be careful of his own action. But again, half of his job is done when even Evans's father could gather up evidence against Sandra. The bigger issue for me is Sandra's legitimacy in being saint
and two, the sealed memory part. While he had good intentions, the sealed memory spoilers basically make him sound like he gave up a chance to be with MC just so she can live a life away from royal conflict (which is a good thing actually especially if MC is loving the commoner life she has now but if he's still in the race, he practically forfeits this early in the race)

With Shin
Pros: Manga cover boy (which was why I was initially confused with the prince being ML in the earlier spoilers when Shin has more cover focus alongside the other staff.
MC gets to spend more time with him given her current status as the innkeeper and a commoner.
Grandson of granpa's war buddy and is already approved by said strict granpa  in the engagement.
My only cons for him would have to be the fact that it stems with my issue with the granpa. This is from the same man who threw her away as an example to his son whom he felt he was too lenient with but from both spoilers, support the ship because of Shin being acquainted/is the grandson of his war buddy. There's also the fact that from your spoilers, it was gramps who made Evans and his father kneel in front of the gates so unless this was all granpa's plan all along to have her dissolve her engagement with a moronic prince and give her a life of freedom, then I can sorta see it (but there was no reason for him to be so strict in the first place. I mean, MC was actually doing great at the academy (minus a little naivete. She handled the "condemnation event" despite being manhandled by her ex fiance. She was able to initially keep calm *unless further spoilers prove me wrong* with the ink incident)

Yeah I kinda get that feeling too. A lot of the family members in this type of story, especially the villainess stories, are absolute shit and in a western cultural setting, their daughter would never ever speak with them again.

it really made me so mad!!!! mc was innocent yet she was accused of something she didnt do and was betrayed by her childhood friend, for that two-faced **** argggh!!!!  well, i dont have any hope for the ex- fiancee since from the beggining he was trash, may mc live hapilly and those who hurted her face hell and tho who believed in her be met with good luck, well at least not all people believd mcs guilty and thank goodness some even gathered evidance to prove her inoccence i honestly prefer
she lives as a commoner since shell be more happy with the inn, than be with those irratating no good nobles who insulted her

Does it seem like MC has mistaken her childhood memories of Crown Prince for Evans?

Is he the guy that healing her in the second chapter? Why he's in disguise?

any spoilers on what happened to mc's supporters at school? i read a part in the novel that some transferred from a different school especially those that believed mc's innocence and having many nobles transfer out would damage the schools reputation

That was the purpose of the slash/or afterall. Dunno if we could call it better with the recent developments on both sides with spoilers.
Schneider never got physical with Rhonya (to my knowledge) but when he did regret his actions, it feels shallow and spoilers mention how he's basically ignoring how fulfilling her new life is and should just man up from his mistakes
Novel Evans got the sorrow part right (while its infuriating he intially does nothing but fall in self regret), manga Evans sin on manhandling an already punished woman by nobility standards and inflicting physical punishments of some sort on a commoner woman just because of a suspicion (and even if he does think he's in the right, again he only had suspicions and said MC was already punished in nobility standards) but compared to Schneiders ruined ep and verbal beating from the named characters, novel Evans (who by your own words, is practically just a mob), got physical punishment courtesy of MCs awesome brother (have we seen the guy in the manga? Need me to see such a fine man's valiant appearance)

True. In this case I hope her parents know she's actually got someplace to go, that's why they aren't worried when she's gone. If she's a normal rich noble lady, she will never ever holding up out there by herself.
