She leaves him and a few years pass (I haven't actually read it but I've seen the raws). The two spend some time apart and during that time, Elliot goes through it and is constantly drinking while Lillian lives on a farm with her adoptive parents and 2ML. She finally faces her demons during this time and during a rainstorm runs away from home after she has a hallucination. She sees her brother's ghost and the two embrace, basically at that moment, I assumed she let go of the past. The last few chapters hint that she was planning to go away to travel while ML is convinced to go pursue her and make amends. The two meet at a travel agency? and talk, on the carriage back, he begs for forgiveness and she forgives him.

At the end they get married and the Epilogue shows that they had four children, 3 daughters and 1 son. 

what about the maids' rumors about past women coming into the estate? is that MC's hallusinations too?

Also, judging from the last names, it seems elliot and william are cousins

Okie buh like who's the male lead, if its Eliot please say so cause like I can't read cause it gives me to much incest vibes even tho someone said their isn't cause I just started reading this. 

I still don't understand why Elliot treated Lillian like that though. Did he obsess over the idea that she might love him because he posed as her brother because William loved him, his adoptive brother or was it something else? This is a mystery for many of us readers I guess.

I'm too lil' confused. But if Elliot's father or mother are cousin or maybe sister or brother maybe it is why Elliot father feel really mad to what Liliana mother doing, and because Liliana more look like her mother than his mother lovers. And that is why the first daughter of Elliot an Liliana are look like William and Arnold. That is what I think, because this manhwa about tragedy, trauma, and maybe biology? Gene and something like that.
And the think that I really curious is, what the relationship of Mr. and Mrs. Clearwater to William and Liliana parents?
And the reason I'm joined in this web just because of my curiosity of this manhwa and novel. It's really hard to find this novel in english. are someone know where can I read the english one?
