Is moonlight boy & Griffith are the same person?

From what I could gather, Griffith used Guts and Casca's demon child to give himself a form in the human realm, and every full moon, this child takes over Griffith's consciousness and visits mama and papa in the moonlight boy form. Just my thoughts on it, nothing confirmed.

That's a great analysis. I think we will get more answers in next few chapters.

I hope we'll see a match between Zodd and Berserker Guts. Skull Knight is probably in Elf Island too. If he is there he'll join in too.

Nah, it's just as good as their individual work with Duranki. It's as close to Miura's art as we will ever get. The nuances from his microscopic attention to detail aren't there, but the difference is not that big, just noticeable. While we do of course lose a bit in quality, their work with the art was great here.





I maintain my position. But it was not unexpected. It's just going to be frustrating listening to fans who can't tell or will pretend that there's no difference in the coming months. One thing that was lost was the weight of Guts' sword, which has been a staple since the very beginning of the manga. I expected them to be a little more careful with these little things but alas, they're going really barebones on production.

Lol, he was using that heap of raw iron like a kitchen knife. You skimmed through Berserk chapters real hard buddy. Someone needs to reread the very first chapter.



oh boy you love saying that to everyone here buddy. You must’ve skim read the new chapters. When guts does that first swing against Griffith it very clearly has weight. You should reread the new chapters 😘

I am so happy. At least with these 2 new chapters, it really feels like Mori and the assistants have kept the spirit of Berserk, and are conveying that aptly. Zodd is back!!

Griffith didn’t come here u muppet. The moonlight boy did. It’s just that the moonlight boy always leaves guts party before Griffith transforms back

You are underestimating the fact that Zodd can't entry on the elfs island without Sonia because only Sonia and Griffith can ride the World Spiral Tree and given that Griffith is already on the island, Sonia is very important for Zodd's entrance.



Furthermore, when Schierke and Sonia met before boat arc, Sonia told her, through the  prophecy, they would meet another time in a moonlit forrest (that is elfs island). For these reasons, Sonia has to appear in the next episode, if not, it would be a fatal mistake for the story.

With these new 2 eps I realized that the only person responsible to draw Guts was Kentaro Miura. Its clearly appreciable that Guts is being drawing by other hands and I don't like the result at all, but whatever, we need a final dot in this story.



Probably the reason why Griffith is untouchable in this last episode is because he is in some kind of spiritual form. After all, it seems he came through Guts's son.
