This series is no where as mature as people make it out to be (not in terms of violence)

People in the West consider presence of blood or violence (even weaker than in this comic) the mark of maturity, or at least that works containing it are supposed to be destined to a mature public.

Poor guts... First an abusing father and then rape, and this is just the beginning of the arc

It's implied Gambino sold Guts to Donovan. That's a solid reason to hate him.

Was enjoying the volume very much until i got to the golden age arc, where you see how guts was born and that ending where we all know what's going on....damn, guts needs to slice that fuckers head of !
