The emotions. I’m glad to see Sadakiyo can feel like he’s an actual person without the influence of anyone now. Also.. I have a feeling that friend might be someone who was in Kenji’s faction. A couple chapters ago I thought it’d be Kenji’s sister Kiriko but now I think that theories squashed. It has to be Fukubei. Calling it right now. If it’s not then I think Urasawa’s gonna have to really come through with the plot twists to make it make sense but hey I’m for the ride and I have a feeling nonetheless my minds gonna be blown lol

I love how Naoki creates a strong similarity between "Boy Without a Face" in 20th Century Boys and "The Nameless Monster" in Monster. Both were forgotten just because they don't have a name/face but that doesn't matter for them.

Absolutely loved this chapter. Very emotional, and I'm so glad that Sadakiyo turned out to be a good guy and not Friend afterall. During the bonus stage in tomodachi land though, wasn't it Friend who took his mask off and not Sadakiyo? So why did Kiyoko see Sadakiyo's head on Friends body?

Cried a lot, read another chapter for a long time. Isekais and shounens got nothing on this
