that was totally expected since that is what happened in every story arc, so it cannot be that unless he thinks that we are brainless monkeys.

Yes because everyone and their mother totally guessed that Zangetsu is manifestation of Ichigo's quincy powers and his looks and personality are based upon the final villain who is the old deceased quincy king who killed Ichigo and Ishida's mothers.

I was talking about Ichigo becoming a quincy / having quincy blood. that happened in every arc, Ichigo is the ultimate being in this manga, he is absolutely everything, a living human, half holow with fulbringer's power that is the descendant of the original quincy.



What you mention is just the presentation of a new enemy nobody can guess what a new enemy will be like. Kubo might as well made juha actually be Kon who managed to recover lost memories and remembered that he was the evil brother of the soul king and nobody would have guessed that either.



And the fact that Ichigo is the descendant of and ancient evil posses really low shock value when you know that bleach is based on YuYu Hakusho and that is exactly what happened in that manga.

As usual, I have no clue what's going on anymore. It was nice to be reminded that Rukia actually existed, I guess.
