To be fair, it's her first battle and it's against a godlike being so I guess she's kinda justified in being afraid, but still Nanao getting scared silly and needing a big strong man to help her regain her confidence is one of the most pathetic things I've read in a shonen manga.

Nanao's first time in front lines with a Sword. yeah, pretty scary.

Oh thank god he's dead for a second there I thought it was going to be dragged out even more.



So I guess now we begin the next overly long filler fight with Askin or the other fodder that'll take a couple months (each) to deal with.

This was good 10/10

The extra moments with shunsui's brother was nice.

The Isle zan is beast XD

But I wonder how it will used now, since only nano can wield it right? :(

Maybe it will be absorbed by someone later on.

There's more to battles than just mindless slug fests, shunsui's bankai if you haven't noticed is really elegant and not the brute force kind.

This chapter flowed well, hope you never go and read other manga, cause alot of them focus on the mood and are not fast paced.

what can i tell nothing special in this chapter Shunsu brother ....

This chapter really cemented it for me, this is possibly the worst fight in the series imo.

-Baro's stupid and random ass character design(s)

-Kyoraku's shitty overhyped bankai

-Ass-pull 'god-defying' weapon

-Nanao's forced backstory and pathetic characterization

-incredibly anti climactic ending (they literally just STAND there...)
