Still the reference makes no sense as Lile is probably portraying the yamato no orochi, (which is why he looks serpent like),in which Nanao or Shunsui are Susano.



Even if you assume that the trumpet (which can be random) is tied to that story it doesnt fit with the other one hes telling.
