Worst case scenario, Aizen wins and becomes the Soul King, aka, a God. So why shouldnd't it be at the hands of it's rightful owner. To me it seems that transcedent Aizen was pretty Godlike. But even if that doesn't cut it then what is a God in this manga? Just Ywach and his fellas? That makes this convenience all the worst.
