i don't fully understand it either,but from what we have seen so far gods in bleach are like  beings who the souls in soul society pray to,Mimihagi (the soul kings right hand)is a god too.

it appears her fingers got inside the mask,so i guess She used Kageoni to pull the sword from her mask.

That happened a a long time ago,so it is natural to think she developed her abilities since that time.

hey about lille his second form was nice but the current form is terrible like how tousen transformed into an espada which was nice and used resurreccion which looks terrible too

As for asspulls, I don't know if you guys forgot this, but Bleach was all about them since pretty much very beginning.
