Bleach Chapter 578 Discussion

It's a bit like political factionism; people who like one manga subset will forgive murder of it while singing praises of even its narrowest marginal successes while people who dislike one manga subset will ignore its every valuable asset and decry it's least trespass or even unspectacular norms.

Kind of lame.. His power of imagination is already the strongest, there is no need to be that ripped, really, or maybe he want those abs?



2 months worth of chapters went into this fight.. eh.. final arc? The end of Bleach? Come back 2 years later.

Well, sure I wont drop now something which introduced me to the world of anime, in which I investway too many hours and which still didn't use up all of its best cards (I am looking at you, Kyoraku and Ichigo)



That's kind of why I'm still willing to give it one more chance. It's one of my first anime ever, so it's special in that kind of way. But this is getting way past the bullshit radar now.



I feel you on that one. Right now, that is the only thing which is still making me read it. Like I am always saying, after Kubo came back from his 5 week break, we got shit, and shit alone.

First things first...



A person can survive in an absolute vacuum (space) for six seconds before they start to be affected. This is of course ignoring the possible extreme temperatures you would be exposed to. The human body doesn't just explode like that. If Kubo wants to use science in his story, then he should make sure it's factually correct ... freaking lazy writing.



6 seconds was more than enough time for Kenpachi to finish it.



Now on to the ending...

Kenpachi is not human.



Anyway onto the chapter it was pretty meh, it just goes to show the problem of giving such an OP power to villian or hell anyone it means you usually have to find some bullshit asspull way to defeat them.

He wanted to have power as powerful as kenpachi but he couldn't comprehend just how much power kenpachi had so his ignorance led to the power killing him from the inside out he didn't realize that kenpachi was playing with him what hes using right now is probably 1% or less of his actual power.



Gremmy believes Kenpachi's implacable power makes him a monster and concludes he must become stronger than Kenpachi to defeat him. In his imagination he creates the monster he believes Kenpachi to be. However, during the process of being created, the monster kills Gremmy from the inside out.

                        Damn, even Kenpachi is looking struggle.

So the fight is finally over. It dragged onto long, but it was a good fight. I like that Gremmy own powers backfired, he imagined Kenpachi as this unstoppable monster, and than it was too late to undo that, or he couldn't undo it.



The moment Gremmy lost his cool personna, and lost his temper, it is was over. Kenpachi had him, question of when.



Kenpachi didn't take off his eyepatch, does leave the possibility, this is is not his last fight, this could just be a warm up, hopefully that is the case, and he get an opponent for more of him and his new powerup.
