i doubt it because something is weird about Tatsuki since she has spiritual powers

I'm really excited to see what Kuraku meant about parting ways, because I think there is a greater meaning behind it. But I really hope it is not something bad as in the same time I don't think that Ichigo would part with his friends if he had to choose between staying with the soul society or the living world. So what could possibly be the reason for parting?

Kubo can make good chapters when he tries.

1. I'm actually stunned at the fact no 1 feels as though Ichigo's friends will go through some sort of training to in some way support Ichigo. I mean, for god sakes, some have them have shown the ability to sense spirtual energy.

There would be no point of doing that if it served no purpose.

kinda looks like the espada outfit so it's prob Grimmjow, Kubo just doesn't want to reveal his 'new' look yet I guess.
