Naw i dont want him to become a captain. I actually hate SS and i hope he becomes a one man army again and fight quincies, shinigamis, and royal guards.

Liked how that one guy (forgot his name) remembered everything so well,but what does this even mean? :S
I was quite surprised Mizuiro remembered everything so well as he's usually quite the wallflower.
But I guess some viewers needed a recap in order not to shift into plot hole accusations.

I'm really excited to see what Kuraku meant about parting ways, because I think there is a greater meaning behind it. But I really hope it is not something bad as in the same time I don't think that Ichigo would part with his friends if he had to choose between staying with the soul society or the living world. So what could possibly be the reason for parting?
The way Shunsui worded it can lead to thousands of directions. It could be a warning over some ulterior motives(which can range from anything starting with RG wanting to feed him to SK, to wanting to replace him as SK if SK is just a battery, so to say), it could be a philosophical statement(as in too much danger, blah blah), it could be scientific statement over his power level, etc, etc, etc. Hopefully next chapter will explain it.
