No one sprouted getting Revenge against Grand Fisher. Only Ichigo. Even after Isshin killed it, Isshin did NOT say Grand Fisher killed Masaki, only that "the only regret he has is not having the powers when Masaki died".
In fact, We knew that there's something wrong with Masaki's death even earlier - during the scene by the grave at the starter chapters of manga, where Isshin said a different date of her death and Ichigo corrected him.
Grand Fisher IS somehow involved though since he had an idea of WHO Ichigo is after he saw Isshin ( calling Ichigo a "being of true blood")
Yup, it was only with Ichigo. But that is what I'm wondering, where does GrandFisher come in all this?
I guess that Masaki was killed by someone else and Grand fisher was simply the lucky hollow that was there when it happened and was allowed to eat her remains.
If it was Juha Bach's side that killed Masaki because she lost her purity as a quincy and they let a hollow eat her so that her soul would never know peace or for any similar reason it could make sense.
