No, it was Renji's fist. I believe that Yakuza dude sees that Renji barely stands but lets him go anyway.
Then he says that ichigo DID something. I talked about what he said and the fact that Ichigo's supposed ultraspeed only comes in handy when it is convenient for Kubo.
This. The fist that is shaking after the punch to Renji is wrapped in bandages (i.e. it is Renji's fist). Renji makes the stereotypical tough guy remark that he could barely feel the punch, when in reality it was all he could do just to hold his position after taking it (which Yakuza-dude clearly notices in the next panel).

Imagine Kenpachi literally walking out after a day of training while quivering in fear, unable to form words or even speak to anyone. Imagine THE Zaraki Kenpachi "afraid" to continue training.
I'm expecting something of the sort, at least in his first few days. It's Unohana after all...
You misread that exchange. They said that Genryuusai stopped the training after one day for the very reason that they are arguing against Shunsui's idea to attempt it again (Genryuusai realized just how unfathomably powerful, and hence dangerous, Zaraki could become if he completed the training).
