the art was pretty good for bleach..  though the content could be compressed in 10 pages...  it was below a normal bleach chapter.. too fk. short..

Feels like a wasted chapter.

Well it wasnt that bad, though i didnt expect Ichigo.Its just too cliche >_>.I thought we will see some Grimmjow or Zero Squad.Why the hell from all epic choices, Kubo choose worst one.I hope he will troll us again, and Ichigo will be beaten by Bach with one hit.

I don't think Byakuya's alive. It might be a flashback only.

Yeah they lost contact, but Akon knew Ichigo was trapped somewhere in Garganta. Who else would Akon be trying to create an exit/entrance for? Akon says, "Actually, I wanted to open it from here a bit earlier but... it wouldn't... work." It seems pretty apparent to me that he is talking about the cage Ichigo was trapped in and opening it from the exit by Senkai Gate, which is where Ichigo was heading before getting trapped, instead of the R&D Headquarters from which he fled. Contact would be reestablished if the cage had been broken. You can see the shards flying around Akon on page 2. So clearly he has broken some sort of wall/barrier. I assume the cube is some sort of barrier/room the team from R&D created to work on opening the exit. I believe Ichigo came through the hole Akon created, killed Shaz, and in his attack destroyed that cube/room. And R&D's objective was to get Ichigo to SS. So, Fai's assessment seems the most likely to me.



Hm, now that I look at it from that perspective, it kind of makes sense. But I'm still not convinced. Who's person behind the hole in the sky on page 5? He's clearly dressed in white, so it can't be Ichigo. Man, how confusing! >.<

It's much better than wasting 20 pg on flashbacks with no words that everyone already knows(Naruto).

So Kubo is in his 'Fuck it, Imma play golf' mindset has realised that while he can't write plot for shit, he can draw some very moody pictures.



So he's doing just that. I'd quite like Bleach to wrap up so he can start illustrating something written by someone else or just draw hentai!
