To make it clear, its not memory manipulation. He litterally is writing the past of that object and that object only, theoretically replacing that object with alternate version of that object, without changing the timeline itself.

Its the same as to say - you have an apple on the table. I come and replace the table a fridge. Apple remains the same. everything in the room remains the same, but the there's no table now, but a fridge.

HE STATED IT AND GINJOU STATED IT previously - tsukishima is not just "manipulating memories" - since that can be counteracted. He is actually REWRITING the past of the objects and people he cuts.

It make a perfect sense, for now since the power does not have an official explanation, its the same as example above. tsukishima is essentially manipulating reality in terms of time and dimension in that he effectively replaces a part of current reality and current timeline with the version according to his wishes. Since every and any possibility theoretically creates a parallel universe, he can pretty much bring any wished result into reality.

Tsukishima is literally a bookmark - he inserts himself into the "page" of the objects existence and interacts with it.

That is pretty much the only explanation going by what he said and what he did(that is, he reiterated again and again that to the people he cut those all events DID happen, he is not just replacing the memories)

In a sense, thats very similar to hogyoku - hogyoku manipulates the reality making even smallest things possible, as long as they are possible, Sushi's knuckles fucked with causality and probability of events, giriko affected the rules and laws of reality(time and space), Yukio and Riruka apparently manipulate the dimensions themselves and Ginjou's nature of power is yet to be truly seen.

The very basis of fullbring ability is bending the nature and laws of anything in reality itself. What varied were the methods on how its done and with what, however with Ichigo's power, the "with what" is no longer important.

Many people wondered on why Ginjou shared Ichigo's power - well its clear its not about STRENGTH, but about NATURE of power itself. Every FB power in itself is haxxed and very dangerous in itself, however limited by their nature - a limitation Ichigo's power nature denies, since ichigo's fb in nature, is all about manifesting things in the reality itself

Tsuki so far just happened to have the most haxxed and easy to put to use method to do that.

Yeah, I know. I was simply following through with the definition/ analogy the poster I was replying to presented. Either way, it's irrelevant and doesn't make any difference to the issue at hand. What of it? Tsukishima is able to transport everyone not cut by his sword into the parallel universe with them retaining their old memories. That's broken as hell and it doesn't make any sense. How the hell is he able to just magically make everyone go to this alternate world through just cutting one person without any visible signs of it? The definition about "alternate worlds" was the only way I could make a little sense out of the situation and ultimately it still isn't a very good explanation.

Also, you're entire explanation on fullbringing sounds like its just a pretext for Kubo to take shit out of his ass and present it as logical.Giriko (Bradley clone if you don't know who he is)'s HURP DURP giant ability as a result of bending reality? How exactly is this relevant to his ability again? Well, I guess he did affect the laws of reality because his ability didn't make any sense, but come on, that isn't an explanation. That's the same as saying his ability is bullshit.

Well, Aizen didn't say that he is Jesus so I guess it is still possible.

Except that both Ginjou and tsukishima pretty much FUCKING STATED TSUKI'S ABILITY BEING TIME MANIPULATION at least twice and THE WHOLE POINT OF FB is affecting animate or inanimate objects, since going by shinto beliefs, everything has a soul.

reading comprehension.

Fai said:He cut the concrete and for all I care he made it so that he brought a damn lifting crane into the place as well as 100 man construction brigade to set up the traps for all I care. For Byakuya nothing changed. For tsuki and concrete? everything since that concrete theoretically became the alternate-reality concrete to which all of that happened with the touch of that sword.

And seriously? Way to go missing the point of what cutting the sword did. He did not command it to not hit him or something. He inserted himself into the sword's past in a way that he saw and experienced and learned everything that sword and its user can do with the sword. He literally inserted a unknown huge training session against that sword into the past of that object. He freaking states it in the very next page.

And ad hominem, nice. Learn to debate.

Next thing you know, you will shout "bullshit, plothole, asspull!" when tsukishima does something related to trees, just because you have missed a panel where he fucking cuts a tree leaf.

God I wish people would learn to READ the stuff they are reading before rushing into pointless complaints. A little more reading comprehension and half of things people complain about would not be complained about.

They are over doing that memory ability. Now he can change the past? Altering memories= changing the past? Where do you get that logic from? Bleach I almost started to have hope that you were going to become good again. W/e I dont care anymore.

They never said he alters memories. GINJOU pretty much stated he alters the person itself to a version who did go through all those things with Tsukishima. He pretty much outright stated dozen of chapters ago that its NOT memory manipulation.

And on another note...am I the only one who's starting to get tired of seeing moon shots?

Its obviously significant as we have been seeing the moon for this entire arc ever since ginjou appeared.

... What the hell is wrong with this chapter?!

Alright, Tsukishima's powers are broken, and yes, he never said anything that about using it on objects. But screwing with physics is really too much for a guy whose powers are only memory modification!

Its not memory modification.

ALL FB's are in sense reality warpers. EVERY damn fullbringer affects reality in various ways. He does not "modify" their memories. He replaces them/their memories with the alternate versions from the timeline where he was always there with them. Ginjou explained that to Ichigo if you remember. Not that unexpected. Gives us a sort of glimpse on how h4x the soul king will be when Ichigo fights him.

So the manly fist fight is over and the speech Ikkaku gave was so typical for him. However, the highlight of this chapter was Tsukishima vs Byakuya. Heck yes! The only fight I am interested. Who said that Tsukishima's ability could only be used on living things?

I think I kinda want Byakuya to get his ass whooped
