You're talking about someone *who need Ishida help to beat a fodder third class shinigami* will beat Rukia? which was supposed to be a vice-captain but Byakuya didn't want her to do high rank work.
And a guy like Renji *who almost beat Ichigo but thanks to Urahara hard training and invention of getsuga tenshou. he was able to beat him in the end. also thanks to ganjou and hanatrou for patching him up, otherwise he was almost dead there* will lost against Chad.

I've got only one question: Why? Why the fact that Ginjo was a substitute was supposedly foreshadowed when no reader knew that such position existed? Why is Hitsugaya here when there's enough pepole to defeat Ginjo's gang and Aizen is gone for good? Why declaring war on someone who's completely neutral and allying for no reason at all with a guy who murdered in cold blood your men, tried to overthrow you, was hated by everyone and basically tried to take over the world?
We knew about position ever since the end of SS arc. We just did not know and what exactly that position means(since Ukitake's reasoning was pretty much revealed as bullshit the very next chapter). We did know that a person would be handed a strange ominous badge that gives creeps to Ishida and sent off And now we know for sure that the previous one to be handed this position was Ginjou. The position itself and the purpose of the badge is obvious mystery.
enough people? Chad alone PRE-timeskip could have gone on equal footing with most of captains minus the power four and byakuya. Inoue is bassically walking Hogyoku. Half of fullbringers are reality warpers, one of them only needs to hit you once to add you to his own side and Ginjou is most likely very strong person in general. Also its obvious that Hitsugaya was one of core gorup who initiated this plea, due to obvious connection to Ichigo.
As for the last? Because of common goal. Stop damn painting everything in black and white. Bleach has been gray morality manga since the ss days pretty much.
Also interesting is that the moon symbolism that vanished when Ishida got cut is back in this chapter - Ginjou splitting GT in half with moon right behind him.

The similarities are getting extremely obvious, even the progression of the arcs are almost exactly the same. Whoever wants to say I am wrong, go watch Yu Yu Hakusho, something that aired during Tite Kubo's growing up years.
Bleach is two inches away from outright plagiarism.

1) That's just speculation. We only knew that the badge was special and it became the catalyst for Ichigo's FB just because it was there and he had no other choice. And if the badge is a dangerous item, fruit of an experiment gone wrong, why the hell Ukitake gave something like that to a rookie fighter who has no idea on what it is?!
2)Are you for real? Chad on equal footing with a capitain? If Kubo actually does something like that, prepare to see pepole crying bloody murder so much that the revelation that Yammy was the 0 Espada will look like a minor complaint. Furthermore, being a walking Hougyoku means only being the best healer, and Orihime isn't renown for her combat abilities. All FB powers look nifty, but they require painfully annoying conditions and that means they would be really hard to use against guys that can slash you as easily as they can breathe.
3)I'm not seeing everything in black and white, I'm only trying to see that opinion from a reasonable standpoint. It makes no sense attacking the Soul King because he did absolutely nothing, and leaving Aizen free makes even less sense because he'll use that opportunity to backstab you faster than you can say "Kyouka Suigetsu".
Also, the Soul King is just infodump: if Kubo forgot about Grimmjow and Neliel, I'm sure he can easily forget a small piece of exposition. Stop deluding yourself: it's infodump that will never be developed.

I'm not saying that i'm an angel that did everything right since the beginning of time, I'm saying that you since the beginning haven'T been doing anything right and that it's starting to get annoying.
You seem under the impression that you are cool, that everyone agree with you but that isn'T the case. Not commenting on your post =! agreeing with it, it's just that people do not want to bother with your broken english and i'm pretty much sure that 90% skip your post.
I usually do not do that but in your case I will make an exception because you are stubborn and isn't open to discution.

Okay chapter, I saw the "HIT" on the first page and I said I'll burst out laughing if Ichigo will miss Ginjou and low and behold he does, LOL! btw, One look at Ginjou's fullbring armor (whatever it is :S) and I though "Are those stockings?"
