I wonder who that hair behind Kenpachi belongs to. Is it just me or did Toushiro get a little bit taller?

God damn. Even though the storyline is kind of steroid power-up style, I was pretty hyped up about Ichigo getting all his powers that he used to defeat Aizen back.... No one can defeat him anymore :D

Except that it was NOT the point of this arc. The focus was not on fb as power for ichigo. FB of his was not treated as powerup. Focus is on FB connection to Isshin and what they need his fb for. Reading Comprehension - you lack it.

So funny hearing somebody say that the point of this arc was NOT Ichigo getting his power back ... everybody would keep saying "this way you will get your shinigami powers back", "your shinigami power fusing with your new fullbring will lead to a far stronger source of power" .... but no, it's not all about Ichigo, the main chara, who is now defenseless, getting his power (ANY power) back in order to be able to fight again ... Sarcasm aside, look: the manga is a plain main stream battle manga, the main chara loses his power and cannot compete with the weakest of his enemies ... the result is: next arc will alternatively lead to the end of the manga, or to the main chara being able to fight again, with any power available (which will eventually prove to be the strongest) ... (and I never said the new power had to be FB)

Lacking reading comprehension does not prevent me to comprehend this, because it is something one doesn't need even to read half a chapter to know ...



That said, @Hypno-girl: about your theory regarding SS reproaching Ichigo something ... it's really interesting, and would give a purpose to this whole arc! Only, I couldn't find anything supporting this theory in any chapter ... if you know any, would you please report me any scene doing so?

And also, I'm yet not that sure that Ichigo is the strongest in the Gotei 13: I don't know much about SS hierarchy, but captain grandpa should be part of it, and captain grab-ass and captain tuberculosis are surly in it! And I wouldn't be that sure that Ichigo is stronger than them! ^^



Other thing: it's known if all FB user are on the same side as Ginjou and Tsukushima: it was once said by Ginjou that FB user need a half shinigami half FB user in order to free themselves from their FB powers, which are related to the hollow world ... but now I guess Ichigo's not able to do such a thing anymore, since his FB has been stolen! So what use is to Ginjou stealing is power is still unknown ... "hunger of power"? Maybe ... maybe not!



About this arc being useless: I now think the only interesting thing about it could be Ginjou and Tsukushima's connection with the kurosakis and SS ...

but everything else just seems to me without any purpose (I didn't see any development in Ichigo's character, nor in anyone else's, and the introduction from charas other then Ginjou and Tsukushima doesn't seem so important ...)



That said, I will admit that you've convinced me to wait for the explanation of G and T's connection with Isshin and/or SS before ruling on the usefulness of this arc ..

Still I've got this impression that  everything is a bit 'too cumbersome, and could have been easily simplified!

Sorry but no, Aizen was stronger than Yamamoto before he achieved the level of transformation that he had when he was fighting (and getting owned) by a bankai Ichigo that, mind you, never used any skills.



I am saying that no matter how much the captain train, they probably won't ever reach Ichigo's strengh when he was fighting Aizen.

I'll take it in number since I do not want to draw a png for it.



Let say that Byakuya power is 500, Kyouraku's power is 1200, captain yamamoto power is 7000, Aizen transformed with the hogyoku was at 9000 and Ichigo was then at 12 000.



Now post training scale it would be retarded to make everyone at 13k and make Ichigo stronger, instead they will lower Ichigo's power and will make everyone stronger.

So that'll look like that:

Byakuya 2k, Kyoraku 3k, yamamoto 9k, Ichigo 7.5-8k.



These are not suposed to be real number so get off your horse before going 'omg u fail you scale their power', it's just a way to represent what I am saying and hold no truth whatsoever.

I know, right!? XD Haha.

And to think I was starting to hate Bleach. This chapter was really good. It looks like Kubo can make Bleach's ratings be in the top 3 soon again. And I sort of liked the hairstyles but I understand how weird it was to see it when they've had their hair like that for hundreds of years. But remember that manga/anime needs some sort of fan service sometimes.
