Bleach Chapter 40 Discussion

Chad's arm power-up didn't really work for me in execution. The backstory snippets were so bereft of context they didn't pack the emotional dramatic punch it needed to work but the arm looks cool and I appreciate giving the cast more abilities so they can provide more in the series. So even if I find the execution banal, I can somewhat forgive it for what it's accomplishing.

Aw when she kicks Chad it is so adorable. It also seems like not much time has elasped to meet the 24 hour requirement and they have already encountered quite a few hollows.

Sado defeated that Hollow.

After Chad's victory we are now in on Orihime's gang and their hollow encounter.

Damn, Chad is so cool.

                        So Chad "gets" th ability to see the Hollows, so then ghosts, after he got the "armor", just as he calls it, on his right arm.... Un doubtly his destructive power is big enough to destroy an entire City Block... He's lucky... after all he fought the Hamster/CHinese Lion looking Hollow in an open space... Man... Poor thing... It's head was blown away easily... And heck yeh!!! Karin is right!!So is Chad!!! So like Ichigo XD... Loved that.... Karin + Chad ideas anyone? XD Oh and then we're back to the HS... and Tatsuki also feels it... and so I think Orihime feels it.. Great idea Ori-chan! Big jello-ish tentacled monster on top of the school ain't a good idea XD

Well, Chad won and saved Karin. But now the situation is taking a new turn, Orihime is in danger!

I like the way Kubo draws character's eyes.I can understand the incident going on by just looking at their eyes.
