Another epic chapter from FMA XD



It's awesome how Mustang gets so much support (in one way or another).



Not only Mustang, but Hawkeye tanked envy. Guns do work do things these days

FMA, you are epic. So, my thoughts during this chapter:



        i.        Don't touch Arakawa-sensei scar.

        ii.        OMG, Olivier made a spread. Hell yes.

        iii.        Propaganda, got to love the fact that Roy is abusing it.

        iv.        hahahaha, they don't need guns aimed at them. reporters and journalists everywhere, gotta love them

        v.        oh shooooot, he recognizes her voice. must be true love <3

        vi.        "It's not like they have tanks." "They even brought a-" fufufufufu. ilu fma ❤

        vii.        "we'll manage." EPIC SHIP IS EPIC.

Roy gets major points for being so awesome, but he needs to chill a bit at the end.

This chapter so made up for the slow/pointless/annoying chapters that came out for the other manga I read this week.



Mustang and Hawkeye live up to their awesomeness.  I liked seeing that Mustang could do big blasts AND small precision shots.



It was almost a given that Ed would try to intervene.  But I'm a little surprised that Scar came back with him.



Can't wait for the next chapter.  Flame vs. Fullmetal!  Makes me wonder where Hawkeye is going to side.  She's devoted to Mustang, but she was trying to stop him herself so...?

EPIC!



nothing less than epic is what this chapter was! it was so great to get to see hughesy again (even if it was greed -it also makes me happy cuz thanks to fma2, i've seen him twice now xD!-)! anyways! it was a kick-ass chapter with so much.... and they're right about roy... it should be someone else that kills greed. i hope it's scar =o! another long wait D=

Envy got owned!!! fuck yeah, you don't mess with the Flame Alchemist, and you definitely don't touch his friends or subordinates. Lust learnt it the hard way and so did Envy. Berserker Roy dominated this chapter but the first few pages showing Mustang's men using the First Lady as a means for gathering the public support was excellently done as well. next chapter, here I come!

... I wonder how I would have felt if I had read the manga before watching the anime... would have probably gone insane waiting one month for the next chapter.

So, exactly why can't Mustang just kill Envy and get it over with? Granted, he is tripping hard on rage right now but, that because he's finally face to face with the one who killed Hughes! But everyone's gotta be like "NOOO!! Don't give into revenge! You'll end up being like Scar used to be!" To me, it seems that Mustang's revenge coincides with their ultimate goal of taking out the original Homunculus so, what's the point of stopping him?



On a side note, is it me or in every military-based anime/manga when there is a big battle against a small, underdog army and a big army, there's always at least one high rank officer with a thin mustache who says something like "There's no way they'll be able to break this fortress' defenses." or "There's no way they'll have artillery strong enough to defeat our men" only to get shot, stabbed, or blown up by the opposing army's artillery.
