                        No matter how many times I see the Elric brothers backstory it never escapes me how magnificently told this story is.

The entire scene with Truth and the Gate was drawn to perfection. One of the best parts of the manga so far.

Oh! The savage was Mason.

Weird how they cut a lot of him in Brotherhood.

I don't remember if they adapted more of him in the 2003 version.

Damn, so that's what happend with Ed and Al... So he saw the "truth" and that's why he can just clap his hands to make things.



Now I wonder what's the Izumi's story!

Arakawa took her time telling this story compared to the anime. I think both work really well.

FMA is truly the greatest story ever told and this chapter is what will Kickstart the legendary status of this manga.

Ed's sacrifice for his brother is always heart-wrenching to watch.
