Fairy Tail Chapter 506 Discussion

First of all I wanna say Hi to all of you . I made this account just to share my theory with you , although if we report to the power levels until now , well Mashima is trolling .



My theory is that when Natsu thought that Lucy died he went berserk and just activate DF and all that we saw until now is actually a DF . We all know that the last time vs Mard Geer his DF was enveloping Natsu in scales , and as you can see in this chapter Natsu's hands are not necessary resembling a demon but the claws of a dragon . Also Natsu rambling about Zeref.. is just that it's his fault for what happened to Lucy .



I would like to see an explanation like this in the next chapters ,and hope that END is still to come ,  because we should all admit that it makes no sense that Gray could fight END . I mean even Acnologia fears him . There are like 4-5 characters that could fight END and Gray is not one of them .

i didnt like this fight, why is gray fighting in equal with Natsu ? didnt Natsu just oneshot 2 spriggans and traumatized  Dimaria ? while gray had hard time against invel which is weaker than Dimaria ? and gray couldnt do sh*t to mard geer if it wasnt from Natsu going dragon force and overwhelming him for a bit, & we already know that base Natsu is stronger than gray (from Avatar and spprigan arcs) so why does this happen ? Mashima uses no logic at all



PRAISE THE FAIRY QUEEN ! ofc she would be the one to stop them again, she already  was the one to always stop them, it's her job, so i dont see why this much hate, it's better than what most people were expecting (lucy & juvia)

I liked the moment with Mavis.Fairry Law took nearly 70-80% of the Alvarez army.Natsu vs Gray was enjoyable.Lol'd when Natsu hit his head on the ice wall.And seriously now?Erza stopped these two by using just her bare hands?An ok chapter with a very shitty ending.

So Erza stops Natsu and Gray. Who knows why she went to search for them in the first place? Also, how exactly is END supposed to defeat Zeref if Gray can fight on equal terms with him? And how can Erza stop them so easily? Her hand does seem to be cracking though...

Eh, even though Erza stopping those two with her bare hands is unbelievable, I really liked that scene. It's pretty cool, to tell the truth.

Hopefully, Natsu and Gray's pointless battle will end next chapter.



END is only a match to Zeref mainly because of slaying advantage.

Power wise, Zeref shits on him.



Erza stopping those two with her bare hands was pathetic and awful writing considering she should've been fucked up by them, and she was already gassed before. It was awful.



This pointless battle is most likely going to be better than the cringeworthy Erza vs Eileen forced drama.

Nevermind guys, I found out how Erza was able to pull off such a trick.

She named him and raised him and she helped him and the other too many time, she even created the guild and was perhaps the reason he was born. But his last word was a ShiroHige-Death-Remake-Fail. If we talk character, Erza may be the best FT character (the guild). But she's too strong for no reasons. Mashima-sensei wanted to make her as strong as Guts (Even the Berserker Armor :p ) She assisted most of the member emotionally. She's like the elder sister.





Just jump to Zeref, we want to read more of him and the God that cursed him.

Best in what way? Her character sucks. Her personality isn't anything new. Other characters have better development than her.

To be fair it´s fitting in the context of the story for her to end the fight.



She was always like a big sister to those two, she always scolded them when they were young and she´s the one to deliver that their foster Dad is dead.



What´s the issue with the chapter inherently?

I thought it was a 5/5, granted for FT standarts.



Pros: No bullshit.

Not much talk but good fightning choreography.

Fitting ending to a pointless fight.

Old Master will probably stay dead, even One Piece pulled through with this and no one dies in that series.



Cons: Their fight had 0 reason to be fought.
