Fairy Tail Chapter 504 Discussion

Gray pisses me off sometimes... He avoided Juvia for some quite time by now that this transpired he is going to activate his own 'demons' for the girl who sacrificed herself for him. For Natsu, I bet is going to kick some ass and if he really is powerful he should defeat Gray without a single sweat. Sorry but I rather have Natsu win because he could actually give hope to this endless war.

i think both grey and natsu don't understand what happen

END still not awakened,natsu just in rage because he saw lucy covered in blood so he thought she is dead.

natsu don't want to kill zeref because the order and instinct that zeref gave him,he want to kill zeref for revenge for lucy.

same with grey,he though juvia is dead.

I wonder how much Hiro has already planned for the conclusion of this arc. It still seems rather aimless imo. I wonder if we'll get a full Natsu vs Grey fight (with that being the title chapter).



The secret relationship between Erza and Eileen is starting to lose its interest.

Pretty intense chapter. Honestly I didn't expect Gray to decide to kill Natsu just because he was END  but he's blinded by the death of Juvia.



Find it funny they keep hyping up that the "Scarlet Despair" is being hyped up as the best mage in Zeref's army but she's getting showed up by Mavis at every turn (Love that Mavis countered her all seeing eye ability by just casting a giant illusion of herself in the sky). Basically a transition chapter and I'm glad Natsu and Gray's fight didn't end in a single blow/chapter so I have hope Mashima will continue handling it well.

Hope this is the last arc.. and just like with Naruto & Bleach, the last arc is always the dumbest.

Always this need to make it "super epic" and turn it all into a gigantic war. So stupid. In the end it's always the same.. let this tragedy end already.

Um kiddo, it's the fact that Juvia's dead that Gray is not in his senses, he doesn't know what he's doing, because his mind is corrupted by his magic. Juvia even claims he's breaking, and Invel foreshadows taht Gray is losing his sanity due to the excessive magic of DeS. Do you people read the manga at all? Or just come up with shitty excuses with lack of reasoning?



Natsu full on hand knows that killing Zeref will be kill himself, so it's he who is an idiot at this point.

More like reasonable fan of the manga detected, because unlike you I see the inner line of things that happen in this manga, why a character acts like he does, and why suddenly a character pulls a 180 degree of change. It's called looking at the bigger picture, something that a low level intellectual won'tbe able to pull off. If you're not sane, it means you can not doing anything reasonable, because your mind is fucked up, and preventing you to do the sensible thing. So him tagging team with Natsu isn't exactly someone with a sane mind would do.



Put yourself in Gray's shoes, and think for a moment. YOu had your girlfriend dead in your eyes, your mind is fucked up by your magic which Invel foreshadowed, losing every bit of sanity in you and then perceivingly when your mind is fuck, you start beliving your best friend lied about his own existence, and he feels super betrayed by it. Not to mention your emotions are all over the place. and you get the picture.

Both of them didn't even use their spells, Gray didn't use a single spell, a secret nor his trump card, so he obviously isn't using his full power, otherwise Natsu would be a dead body by now lul. The chapter was... Okay, enjoyed it. Gray's logic is... Not there actually, there's no need for him to do this, maybe he acts like that because he thinks Juvia is dead, or the devil slayer mode(however you wanna call it) is causing this? Well I hope things will keep being interesting, and we move on from this Gray part, soon hopefully.
