This is a 1/5 chapter. I knew the Spriggans were doomed when Mashima opted to have 12 instead of 5

Actually that's on Spriggan every 3.6 chapters, but at least I can say with the Wizard Saints out the Spriggans can say they have a win/step towards their goal now.



Bro 18 chapters is really really short. And the fact these were supposed to be the main antagonists?! That's underwhelming at its worst. 5 Spriggans were either beaten or turned to Fairy Tail's side in 18 chapters. I could understand 1 or 2 but FIVE?! You're joking right? And the Spriggans won't win because they've been thrashed with very little resistance.   And they don't have a Hell's Gate like the demons to revive and grow more stronger



Add to the fact the Spriggans haven't really done anything. They've made no impact except Brandish's intro but look what happened her lol.



Dimaria got her ass handed to her by Chelia of all characters. Her fight with Wendy was decent but that was it. The Spriggans are one more embarrassing moment away from Avatar level lmao

I know.  That was a sort of tongue in cheek remark since I would constantly talk about how the Spriggans have failed to achieve anything the entire war.  I made a topic back during the fight between Natsu and Zeref asking if anybody still cared about the Spriggan and now I see that it was premature.  I thought Ajeel, Brandish and the Baddbot was the worst we'd get.  If I only knew...

It felt a bit underwhelming, but I guess that's because we all expected Wendy not to lose her magic. The fight was over too fast as well. Sherria did wreck her face though, so I guess that's fine since Dimaria was a bit annoying



Wendy's leg getting pierced was pretty painful to watch though.

Jura was 100% playing around in that match. We go from that to the top freaking four  of the continent having an offpanel fight and supposedly strongest wizard on the continent getting oneshotted by fujoshi dragon.

Funny seeing the old Ultear peacefully sitting in some cottage and thinking what just happened. It's like when Naruto's shadow clone disappears and the original body gains experience and memory it had :D

probably because if you've read his previous work you know that theres never any long term punishments to his characters. in Rave master there was only 1 death and that was an old man who had a couple months to live and he drank an elixir that costs your life-span



Anyway pretty much knew that only sherria would be the one to gain third origin even before they announced only 1 could do it, makes sense since its our first time seeing a god vs god slayer battle as well as the fact that wendy needs to keep her magic since she'll no doubt be necessary in the 7 v 1 battle gainst acnologia.

See a lot of people just wanting the manga to end but should be pretty obvious were gonna have to watch the remaining of spriggan 12 either lose or convert to fairy tail mentality. Probably end up having zeref and natsu fight together against acnologia, have trouble imagining natsu destroying himself against zeref, maybe zeref give his power to natsu or some jazz giving him the strength to win and also live without zerefs existence.



strangely for someone who wanted a brother so badly that it caused 90% of this stories events to occur you'd think zeref would want to do some brotherly things i mean you could say his intent was to have natsu kill him but you know that wasn't his original intent since trying to bring someone to life is the reason he was cursed.

pretty sure you just answered why hes still asleep in your post alone. the main events haven't shown up yet and we know natsu is going to fight them can't fight a bunch of spriggan 12 then take on both the stories strongest characters. similar to DBZ where goku is in the health pod until freeza goes final form.

Knew that it was going to be Chelia...tough for moment thought that it actually was going to be Wendy.
