Jk aside, When they made it looks like Wendy is the one that receive the 3rd Origin, my reaction was "Well fuck this losing magic shit" because there is simply no way Wendy, one of the main cast to lost her magic for good, but when its revelaed that Sherrya is the one that actually got the 3rd origin, I'm starting to believe in this losing magic thing and believe she won't be able to use her magic again, at least I still think that Mashima had the balls to discard 1 or 2 side character.
The fight itself is quite underwhelming, I think it would work for the better that Mashima did the 3rd origin transformation at the last panel of the last chapter and dedicated this whole chapter for better prolonged fight with that god so that he can properly showcase the power of 3rd origin and that god.

It felt a bit underwhelming, but I guess that's because we all expected Wendy not to lose her magic. The fight was over too fast as well. Sherria did wreck her face though, so I guess that's fine since Dimaria was a bit annoying
Wendy's leg getting pierced was pretty painful to watch though.
Pretty much I had thought as well. But still, I am glad that the two girls got their moments. Respect for Sherria especially this chapter. Ultear as well.

It seems Spriggan 12 is nothing. I am not looking forward with Spriggan 12 fights anymore.
Each battle should continue like 3-4 chapters.
Chelia adult form is like another Lucy.

there's also a bit of talk about how 12 spriggan was too many but "there's a bit of a secret reason for it, so we finally decided on leaving it at 12"
So under these quotes I assume that this is our final arc afterall menaing that these are our final "boss" characters and if so then i want to know why is Mashima rushing them so much, if these are our final battles they should be more than just 1 or 2 chapters per fight.
hopefully whatever the secret reason is for having 12 will be good.
Volume 52 ends with chapter 446 and the preview for volume 53 says "Ragnarok the final battle begins" which would be teh current battle that we're all reading right now.
So yeah now with Acnologia even showing up, this is probably fairy tail's final arc.
well i wouldn't say its the last tho... "ANKSEHRAM" remember the god who curse zeref.. (IMO) and who knows if this will also be final between acnologia..
and also zeref is like madara in naruto whom almost everyone thinks hes the final boss to face but it turns out that hes just a fluke..
Tbh, Acnologia resembles Madara more.
-Both have same hairstyle
-Both are terrifyingly powerful
-Both want a good fight
-Both are/were (respectively) considered by many to be the final villain
I really am not into hairstyle.. I also said that it was just my opinion, If i remember correctly and correct me if im wrong but i think the first "grand boss" to mention in the series was zeref..

Well its Hiro Mashima after all so anksehram to be the final villain is a possibility.. (im gonna say this once more, this is just my opinion so dont go jumping out on me)..
