probably because if you've read his previous work you know that theres never any long term punishments to his characters. in Rave master there was only 1 death and that was an old man who had a couple months to live and he drank an elixir that costs your life-span



Anyway pretty much knew that only sherria would be the one to gain third origin even before they announced only 1 could do it, makes sense since its our first time seeing a god vs god slayer battle as well as the fact that wendy needs to keep her magic since she'll no doubt be necessary in the 7 v 1 battle gainst acnologia.

See a lot of people just wanting the manga to end but should be pretty obvious were gonna have to watch the remaining of spriggan 12 either lose or convert to fairy tail mentality. Probably end up having zeref and natsu fight together against acnologia, have trouble imagining natsu destroying himself against zeref, maybe zeref give his power to natsu or some jazz giving him the strength to win and also live without zerefs existence.



strangely for someone who wanted a brother so badly that it caused 90% of this stories events to occur you'd think zeref would want to do some brotherly things i mean you could say his intent was to have natsu kill him but you know that wasn't his original intent since trying to bring someone to life is the reason he was cursed.

pretty sure you just answered why hes still asleep in your post alone. the main events haven't shown up yet and we know natsu is going to fight them can't fight a bunch of spriggan 12 then take on both the stories strongest characters. similar to DBZ where goku is in the health pod until freeza goes final form.

I am pretty sure alot of people died in rave at least 6 major death. Haru father(Gale), Siba, sigehart, haru himself(before being revived) Niebel(same as haru), Musica lover died too.

Well there is END (maybe if Zeref is killed the book vanishes along with him), Zeref's unresolved issue of wanting to die, maybe its Natsu's way to say thank you for life to Zeref by killing Ankersahm, saving Mavis from the curse of contradictions. It could be anyone of those options, if you think about it Ankersahm is pretty much an indirect main antagonist. Not sure if he is chaotic evil or chaotic neutral (just playing out the role of a god and smiting people who defy laws of life/death). I honestly believe Ankersahm will be the last boss, and this whole following Zeref is just a stepping stone to somehow save Natsu from an indirect tragedy without them knowing it yet (until of course they are all clued in about END). If you remember, love may be the one magic to and as we saw that did not pan out well for Mavis and Zeref, so this might have to be an issue with a higher up being. Another hypothesis could be that Ankersahm wants to somehow destroy Natsu for being in this world when he shouldn't be, but is just still toying with Zeref, Mavis, and Natsu until he gets bored. There is many options to go with Ankersahm being the last boss, again Zeref is just a tragic character, I just don't really see him being the ultimate bad guy here and the last enemy they must face, thats just me though.

Spriggans seem so weak. I know they don't fight in fair 1 vs 1 fights but they still look weak.



Sherria is going to be full time model in few years and maybe work with Mira in FT part time. I really want Mira to discover some of Chronos leftover power in Sherria and use it to develop new soul takeover.



Poor Wendy. Not only did she get hole in her leg, she is also responsible for turning Sherria into normal human.



Mira only works with DEMON SOULS. SHe can't do squat with god soul

Sherria's magic is gone, but they won the fight.

Old Ultear is somewhere far away.

ANNNND another character gets ruined for sake of asspull saving FT character.



For a moment I thought it is not working and that Lucy appeared out of nowhere and this would be 5/5 chapter, but nope, that was just chance for Mashima to draw adult Chelia, before she is wasted as plot device for Wendy. Can't have anything bad happen to based ft characters.





And then another spriggan goes out in ABSOLUTELY anti-climatic fashion AGAIN. Another "god" got punched out lol, despite the fact that dragonslayers could do jackshit against dragons.



Can this "arc" just end already? This is already as bad as GMG or Avatar arc.
